How do I create a new Aucto account?

Welcome to the Aucto Marketplace! Our platform enables you to find, bid on, and purchase industrial equipment and machinery from some of the largest organizations in the world. To make an account, simply follow the instructions below:

Step by Step

Step 1: Enter Your Info

Click https://www.aucto.com/sign-up

You will be redirected to the Create Your Account page where you'll be prompted to enter the following information:

• First Name - Your legal first name
• Last Name – Your legal Last Name
• Company Name – If you are with a company, identify the company. If your account is for personal use, simply leave the field blank.
• Email – Valid email address where you can receive emails.
• Password – Create a password. This password will be used to log in to your account.
• Confirm Password – Re-enter the password from the previous field.

Once completed, click the I’m not a robot verification, then click the Create a Free Account button.

Step 2: Aucto's Terms & Conditions

A pop-up will appear on the screen. Please read carefully as these are Aucto's Terms & Conditions. Once read, and if you agree to the terms, click the blue I agree button in the lower right-hand corner.

Step 3: Validate your email

For security purposes, Aucto will have sent you an email with the subject line Welcome to Aucto.com! to validate your email address. Navigate to your email inbox and click the link in the Welcome to Aucto.com! email to validate your account. The email is sent by support@aucto.com.

If the email does not arrive in your inbox, please check your junk folder or any spam filters. Once you receive the email.

To resend your validation email, click the blue Click here text on the Validation page:

Step 4: Verify Your Account

After clicking the validation link in your email, you will be redirected to Aucto.com so you can verify your account. Before you can participate in auctions or buy items, you must verify your Aucto account.

• Click add a credit card as displayed on the banner in the above screenshot.
  • No charge will be placed on your credit card. Your credit card information will be used for verification purposes only.
• You will be redirected to the verification page.
• Fill out the fields under Billing Address using the information for the credit card you're adding.
  • Company Name (optional)
  • If, for your shipping address, you wish to use a different location than the billing address, click the orange Edit Shipping Address button.
• Lastly, input your card number, expiration, and CVC.
• Click the Complete Account button.

Congratulations! Once you've verified your account, you're able to participate in auctions and tenders put on by the biggest companies from all over the world. If you run into any issues throughout the account creation process, please email support@aucto.com.
