How do I pay for my winning lot(s)?

Congratulations on being the winning bidder!

Here’s what you can expect to happen next:

1. Aucto finalizes your sales order and sends it to you via email. 
2. You can view your sales orders by clicking this link or by following the steps outlined here.
3. You can pay by credit card or wire transfer. See details below:

Payment Methods

• Credit Card - ONLY available for sale orders less than $5,000 USD or $5,000 CAD
• Wire Transfer

• ACH – Automated Clearing House (US)
• EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer (Canada)

How it works

All payments are made directly to Aucto. Aucto will NOT accept Cash, Check, E-Check, Cashier’s Check or Bank Drafts as payment options. Unless specified by the Seller in the “Sale Terms” on the Auction's main page, all payments are due within 24 hours of your Sale Order being delivered.

When will I receive my sales order?

Auctions

Once an Auction ends, you will receive a sales order via email within one business day. Your sales order will be emailed to the email address you’ve used to set up your Aucto account. 

Tenders

When a Tender ends, the Seller will review the bids. If you’re selected as the winner, Aucto will notify you via email and issue an invoice via email within 7-10 days of you submitting your bid.
