How do I locate my invoice?

To find your invoice (a.k.a. Sales Order) for the item(s) you won on the Aucto Marketplace, follow the steps below:

Step #1

Login to your Aucto account by visiting aucto.com/login.

Step #2

After logging in, hover over the My Account button in the top right corner and click Purchases, or, simply visit this link to go directly to your invoice(s): https://www.aucto.com/user/auction-invoice/open

Step #3 

You will be able to see all Sale Orders sorted by various statuses including, Open, Paid, Shipped, Cancelled, and Unpaid.

Step #4 – After finding the invoice you are looking for, there are several actions you can take underneath the Actions tab. These include Contact Seller, View the PDF version of the invoice and Pay Now. To download your copy of the invoice, select PDF.
