I'm tax exempt. How do I get the taxes removed from my invoice?

If you are an eligible reseller or have tax-exempt status, please email your tax exemption request to support@aucto.com.

In your email, simply include your invoice number in the subject line and attach a copy of your tax exemption form. Your request will be reviewed and, if qualified for tax-exemption, the taxes will promptly be removed from your invoice so you can pay it as needed.
